  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received.

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lipglamology, we take pride in providing high-quality, cruelty-free, and vegan lip products that you’ll love! Because of the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or

  • Your package does not arrive at all.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@lipglamology.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

We are unable to process exchanges or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or personal preference.
